What I Learned and Did

On Friday, we started to go over Desiring God by John Piper. I was reminded that God does everything for his own glory. He can do this, because he deserves glory.

After fellowship, we played mafia and guestures at Susan’s house.

On Saturday, I played four hours of basketball.

Here are two simple, yet profound application points from Sunday school:
a) Ladies, look for a man you can respect and submit to. (Eph 5:22-32)
b) Men, look for a lady you can give your life self-sacrificially for.

At college fellowship, we learned about sincerity. It was great to be convicted. Christians must weigh their words cafefully, and follow through on what they say. Example: “I will pray for you.” Do we make sure to follow through? Otherwise we should choose our words more carefully.
